Russ Sims
Russ became a client of accruWealth in 2008 and quickly became a believer in the personal banking concept. Along with his wife, Martha, he “started his own bank” and was soon asked to join the accruWealth team. Needless to say he gladly accepted!
Russ' early professional background was in retail management, photography (he’s a self -described photo geek), and video production. In the late ‘90s he started a real estate investment company and has since invested in commercial and residential properties through four different companies.
Russ is knowledgeable in a wide range of real estate issues and is eager to educate clients about how their own ‘bank’ can be used to finance real estate purchases and other high ticket items.
Russ and Martha live on 5 wooded acres in a particularly sleepy corner of Kitsap County. They enjoy gardening and tending a modest flock of 11 laying hens.
